HUDSON, WI – July 2026 –

Baer Manufacturing is proud to announce the promotion of Seth Liubakka to President of Baer Manufacturing. This strategic leadership change is designed to support the company’s continued growth, enhance operational excellence, and position Baer Manufacturing for long-term success.

Seth brings 25 years of manufacturing experience to his new role, having previously served as Vice President of Manufacturing since joining Baer in 2024. His leadership has been pivotal in advancing Baer’s mission to deliver safer, higher-quality, and more predictable electrical manufacturing solutions. As President, Seth will focus on setting the company’s direction and building the team, operating system, and customer relationships required to scale.

This promotion follows three additional strategic initiatives of Baer Manufacturing, Hunt Electric, and Evergreen Holdings: an expansion to Georgetown, TX, three leadership promotions, and the acquisition of Modular Power & Data, respectively.

These decisions are designed to enhance our offerings in electrical prefabrication and modular solutions for mission-critical, data center, industrial, and commercial construction. Further, the new Georgetown facility represents a significant step in Baer’s growth strategy, expanding our ability to serve the rapidly growing Central Texas data center market with local manufacturing capacity. This operation enhances delivery speed and creates a platform for long-term growth in the region.

“Over the next five years, Baer’s priority remains making Hunt Electric the most reputable and sought after partner in the industry,” said Liubakka. “We will expand geographically, deepen our presence in data centers and other mission-critical markets, grow our skid and enclosure capabilities, and build world-class quality and lean operating systems. The objective is not growth for its own sake. We are building Baer into the partner customers, suppliers, and communities turn to when the work is complex, the schedule is critical, and failure is not an option.”

Congratulations to Seth on his new role. We look forward to his continued impact on Baer Manufacturing’s future success.
