Last Friday was a big day at Baer Manufacturing as we hit pause on the daily routine to celebrate the people who make everything possible—our employees.
Our annual Employee Appreciation Day brought team members together for a catered BBQ lunch, door prizes, and plenty of games and laughs. From sharing a meal to friendly competition, the day was all about connection, recognition, and saying a heartfelt “thank you” to our workforce.
“We’re lucky to have such a dedicated and talented team at Baer,” said Seth Liubakka, Vice President of Manufacturing. “Employee Appreciation Day is just one way we show how grateful we are for the hard work our people put in every day.”
