Last month, Hunt Electric Estimator Gaylen Livingston made a jump over to Baer, where he will now be a part of our estimating team of five! While the move means a shorter commute for Gaylen (by almost an hour!) it also means putting himself in the mindset for manufacturing estimating, which is different than the type of estimating he did during his six years at Hunt. He will be working to build projects that meet the customers’ needs, collaborating with the production crew to design and create ideas and make them a reality! He describes it as estimating from scratch or out of the box estimating.
It is no secret that Baer is growing, and we look at Gaylen’s move here as part of that growth to help us meet ever-growing demands.
