We are excited to share that Wade Sullivan and Madison Harvieux have both been promoted to Production Managers!
Madison joined Baer two years ago, first as a Purchasing Assistant and then as Assistant Production Manager, overseeing the solar cell and overhead area. Baer is slated to have its biggest year yet, and Madison is excited to take on all the challenges that come with that growth! When asked why Baer is a great fit for her, Madison said “Baer has a lot of opportunity for growth for everyone. It has already evolved so much in the last two years since I have been here. I’m looking forward to seeing just how big we can get!”
Wade was an Assistant Production Manager since he started at Baer about 15 months ago and has worked on everything from overhead conduit bends, in-wall boxes/whips, and underground duct bank and stub-up stands. He initially became interested in the prefab and electrical construction industry because of the opportunity to work closely with a team and see a project through until the end. The chance to be around heavy machinery and cool tools all day didn’t hurt! He is excited to help grow Baer’s prefabricated capabilities in his new role.
