Project Details
Our unique Advanced Construction Planning process got the chance to shine on this new build that involved heavy replication – configuring hundreds of hotel rooms. Overall, the project is a new 14-story Nordic-themed hotel and conference center. The property features a restaurant, rooftop bar, spa, and fitness center. There is also 25,000 square feet of event space and meeting rooms.
