This week we pumped out hundreds of ceiling boxes for Jared Kinneberg’s Mayo Hospital Expansion project in La Crosse, WI. A couple of jigs were fabbed up to accelerate the process of cutting out ceiling tile on-site while ensuring accuracy and consistency. We then fired up our MC Whip cutting machine to plow through (692) six-foot whips. Then it was off to building out the rest of the assembly; box, bracket, device, and whip install. The assemblies were then kitted up in rolling totes for ease of transportation to and on the job-site. Projects like this are perfect for our prefabrication team – keep us is mind if you have anything upcoming on your site!
