Thousands upon thousands of light fixtures! Our Baer team has been diligently working on prefabbing these light fixtures since early spring. The process starts at our shearing station for precision strut cuts then slides down to the spot-welding area to attach the threaded studs. This assembly then moves to the light fixture station that was customized for this very process. Utilizing the new Milwaukee Pack-Out product line on these adjustable height workstations helps with the flexibility of the multiple tasks involved. A testing station was integrated in the process so we can “Light ‘em up” before we send them off.
